Refund Policy

Because vignettes are activated immediately or on a chosen date, refund options are limited.

Before activation

If your vignette has not yet been activated and the start date is at least 24 hours away, you can request a full refund minus the service fee.

After activation

Activated vignettes cannot be refunded — this is a rule set by the national toll authorities, not by Vignette365.

Incorrect data

If you provided incorrect license plate or country data, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before the activation date. We will attempt to correct the registration with the authority where possible.
