Terms of Service

1. Service

Vignette365 provides an intermediary service that registers electronic vignettes with national toll authorities on behalf of users. The vignette itself is issued by the relevant authority.

2. Pricing

Total prices shown at checkout include the official vignette fee, applicable VAT, and our service fee. The amount charged is final.

3. Activation

Vignettes are activated on the start date selected by the user. Once activated, the registration cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate license plate, country of registration and vehicle category data. We cannot refund vignettes registered with incorrect data.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for fines imposed by toll authorities resulting from incorrect user data.
